Privacy Policy

What I collect

• What you put in the form. Your website, business name, the cities you serve and the services you pick.
• Public info about your business. I look at the public pages of your website and, when those checks are turned on, your public Google listing (like your rating and review count) and public results from Google Maps and AI assistants for the searches in your report.
• Your contact info, only if you give it to me. The email you use to unlock your full report, plus your name and phone number if you add them.
• A scrambled version of your IP address. This only exists to stop spam and abuse. I never store your actual IP address.

What I do with it

• Run your audit and show you your report and PDF.
• Reach out about your results and how I can help. If you’d rather I didn’t, just tell me and I’ll stop.
• Keep the tool running and keep bots out.

I don’t sell your info, and I don’t hand your contact details to anyone else for their marketing. Ever.

The services that help me run it

A few companies help power the tool: Vercel hosts it, Supabase stores the data, and when those checks are on, Google provides the Maps and business info and AI companies like Anthropic and OpenAI answer the AI search questions. They only get what each check needs, like your business name, city and the search being run. They never get your email or phone number.

How long I keep it

If you run an audit and don’t unlock the full report, it’s automatically deleted after 30 days. If you unlock it with your email, I keep the report and your contact info for up to 12 months so I can follow up. You can ask me to delete it sooner anytime.

What you can ask me to do

• Send you a copy of what I have about you.
• Fix anything that’s wrong, or delete it completely.
• Stop contacting you.

Reach me through my booking page and I’ll take care of it within 30 days, usually a lot faster.

Kids

This tool is built for business owners. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and I don’t knowingly collect info from kids.

If this page changes

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top so you can see when it happened.
